Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping for 110-120V products within the continental United States and 220-240V products throughout the European Union and the UK.

After the order is shipped, it typically takes 4-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. Most domestic and continental locations receive their orders in less than a week.

You can upgrade to Expedited Shipping for a small fee and receive your order in 2-6 business days.

Our products are large and bulky, and many forwarders restrict shipping to 1-2 days or charge up to $300-$400 for such deliveries. As a result, we cannot guarantee next-day or 2-day delivery options.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO, and FPO addresses may take an additional 2-5 business days.

When ordering products from overseas, it's essential to consider the customs processing time at the destination country's border.

We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority with delivery signature confirmation for all 110-120V product deliveries within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We ship 220-240V products via DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, UPS, and other local carriers within the European Union and the UK.

Please note that delivery times for free economy shipping may be longer for remote destinations.

If you need us to send the order to the PO Box, please ensure that there is enough space to accommodate the large boxes in which our products are packed.

For PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US island territories, please select USPS delivery or contact us for free shipping confirmation.

Delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, holidays, or force majeure.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND TAXES

The online prices do not include import duties and local taxes like GST and VAT in your destination country.

Upon the arrival of the product, you may be charged additional fees by local customs authorities.

Please note that when the orders are shipped overseas, they are subject to your country's local:

(1) import duties (0-15%)

(2) GST (Gross Sales Taxes)

(3) VAT (Value Added Taxes) may also be between zero and 25%.

Some countries have a "zero tax threshold" that varies and can be as low as 100 euros or as high as $1500, depending on local authorities.
