Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 45 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, if 45 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can email Support@MediCrystal.com. You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

We cannot accept any items that are returned to us without a prior return request.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds may take up to four weeks and are subject to inspection for misuse.

A 15-20% restocking fee will be applied to any items that have been opened and tried. However, no restocking fee will be charged for unopened new items in their original packaging or incorrect or defective items received from us.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. After that, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. The refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method if approved. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to our warehouse address. We will provide you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and a shipping label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item from us due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns. These items include refurbished products, discounted merchandise, and special promotional items marked as non-returnable or "final sale". Custom products such as special orders or personalized items, controllers, and covers cannot be returned. Please be aware that we are unable to process returns from international locations.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Starting from October 1st, 2019, PayPal has implemented a new policy. According to this policy, if you refund a payment for goods or services, you won't be charged any fees for issuing the refund. However, the fees you originally paid as the seller won't be returned to you. The refunded payment amount will be deducted from your PayPal account. The original fee for payment processing is approximately 3.5% for payments originating from the U.S. and 4.5% for payments from overseas.

To account for the fees associated with cancelled orders, we will deduct them from the refund amount.
