All of our amethyst and gemstone mats are currently manufactured in Liaoyang province, China, which is renowned for its tourmaline and jade mines. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 45 days of purchase. However, please note that this policy does not apply to customized mats, 220v mats, pre-owned, refurbished, discounted mats or mats that have been shipped abroad.

We will cover the return shipping cost if you receive a wrong or defective item due to our error. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee for all other returns. We usually refund the full purchase price, but a small restocking fee may be charged. This is because we pay for shipping and insurance, even though shipping is free for our customers.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all new mats. Even after the warranty expires, we will still cover any repairs at a minimal cost.

Pregnant women must avoid using heating therapy or FIR mat in heating mode as high temperatures can cause harm to the fetus. However, they can still use the mat in unpowered mode for ion therapy or to sleep on it. But before using it with heating, PEMF or red light, it is essential to consult a physician to ensure the safety of the mother and the baby.

Using the mat in heating mode is a contraindication for anyone with an internal pacemaker or defibrillator. Consult a physician or health professional before use.

Safety precautions should be taken when using infrared rays to warm silicon implants in direct contact with a mat.

If one has breast implants but lays face-up, there should not be a problem.
