MediCrystal® and ThermoGem™ products come either for 110-120V North American (and Japanese voltage) or for 220-240 UK, Europe and other countries power sockets. Please remember you cannot use 110-120V mat in 220-240V country and vice versa. You cannot use 110-120V product with 220-240V controller and vice-versa.

CLASSIC MEDICRYSTAL MAT CONTROLLERS QUICKSTART GUIDES
MediCrystal Controllers for 110-120V and 220-240V look the same, and usually have the same functionality. However, you cannot use 110-120V mat with 220-240V controller and vice-versa. Step-up or Step-down converter is possible, but never recommended and voids the warranty.
Also, we have several kinds of connectors such as A-connector (5-pins), B-connector (2+3 pins), C-connector (6-pins) and in-line type. Please check our knowledge base for more information, or contact us to make sure you are ordering a compatible remote.

Amethyst-Tourmaline mats come either with 50%/50% Amethyst to Tourmaline ratio. red-violet suede, and triangle window showing crystals, or with 75% to 25% Amethyst Tourmaline proportion, red-brown color and V-mat design. These mats use the same L- or H-series controllers.
