Features:

• Controllers for MediCrystal and ThermoGem FIR Mats, Pads, Vests, Belts, Wraps L, E, H, D series.
• Controllers are not returnable. Please make sure you select the right remote and the same connector as installed on your mat.
• We have more than 30 different controllers and four types of connectors that look similar but are not compatible.
• Please make sure you select the same voltage 110V or 220V as your mat. The 220V controller will not function with the 110V mat and vice versa.
• Still, some of the controllers may not be compatible with your mat, so please contact us to make sure, it will work.
• It's always better to buy the same controller as your old one.
• If your mat does not heat up, and the controller shows ambient temperature, controller replacement will not revive the heating pad. You need a new FIR mat; please contact us for a trade-in or special offer. 
• If the controller shows errors, no need to buy a new one. Try to tightly reconnect it to the mat first, and second to the wall socket. It helps in 90% of cases.

Controller model decoding scheme:

EXAMPLE: L-40PVA-24-C (L-40PVA-24)

The controller's model means:

L -series (L-, D-, E-, H-, etc)

40 - controller model (can be 20, 60, 80, 90)

P - Photon Red Light function

V - VLF PEMF magnetism feature

A - indicates that "V" magnetism frequency is adjustable 4Hz, 8Hz, 14Hz in L-40-PVA(VA) or 1-30Hz in H-60PVA(VA)

24 - shows the number of "P" Photon Red Light LEDs in the mat (can be from 6 in mini to 24 or even 36 in large single size mattress)

C - is the connector type (A-5 pins, B-2+3 pins, C-6 pins, or IN-LINE)

if you see at the end of the controller's name "-220V", it means that the controller is for the 220-240V European voltage product. If you see nothing, it is the controller for North American 110-120V voltage mats.
